I appreciate this is a long shot but... all my useless mates have either become fly fishermen or worse still (?I think, though there's not much in it) given up fishing. So, I'm after 1 or more days fishing on Redmire to make up numbers on another incomplete party. Am flexible regarding time (mid-week ok), costs not an issue. Visited the pool, read the books and like many others am besotted by this historic venue even since Richard Walker's picture of Clarissa was published over 20 years ago. Actually made worse by meeting and talking with Chris Yates at the Hay Festival a couple of years ago, who told me of a secret bait that always works... |
